All orders are final sale. Since each cookie cutter is custom-made to order, we do not hold inventory and cannot accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us right away so we can help.

You may request to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee will apply. Please note: if your order has already shipped or has been 3D printed, it cannot be canceled.
