These Premium Icing Sheets™ are highly versatile and feature an easy-peel backing, making them perfect for a wide range of applications. They can be used on cakes, cookies, cupcakes, chocolates, and more.

With proper storage—sealed in an airtight bag, kept in a dry place, and protected from direct light—they have a shelf life of up to 1 year.

Each frosting sheet is made from sugar and consists of a very thin, flavorless white icing layer attached to a plastic backing for easy handling. The sheets are extremely flexible, perform well in all climates, and do not require refrigeration.

Our icing sheets contain no allergenic ingredients. They are produced in a facility that does not process any known allergens and are gluten-free, soy-free, nut-free, and completely free from any risk of cross-contamination.

INSTRUCTIONS

Frosting sheets require moisture to adhere properly. When applying them to fondant or other dry icings, lightly dampen the surface before placing the sheet.

For store-bought cakes or buttercream frosting, apply the image while the frosting is still fresh. If the icing has crusted or dried, gently moisten the frosting before applying the sheet to ensure proper adhesion.

Each edible image includes simple instructions. Just remove the edible icing sheet from its clear plastic backing and place it directly on top of your freshly iced cake or cupcakes. Each sheet has one plastic backing; once it is removed, the topper is ready to apply.

Within 15 to 25 minutes, the edible image will naturally blend into the frosting, creating a smooth, professional finish. Every topper is packaged in a resealable plastic zip-lock bag for protection.

Storage Tips

  • No refrigeration is required.

  • Keep your topper sealed in the bag it arrived in.

  • Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.

I can fully personalize and customize your image with any character, sports logo, photo, graphic, celebration theme, or text you’d like.

Your design is printed on an edible frosting sheet. Because frosting sheets have a naturally uneven surface, colors may appear slightly different or less vibrant than a traditional printed photo, which is smooth and glossy. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

VERY IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ

Please include all personalization and customization details in the notes section at checkout. If you forget to add them there, send us a message immediately after your purchase through Etsy (not via email).

If we do not receive your personalization request within two hours of your order being placed, we will assume no customization is needed, and your decoration will be sent as shown.

SHIPPING

 Every frosting sheet is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition and ready for your event.

Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Orders are printed promptly once payment clears, but please allow 1–2 days for processing.

We cannot control USPS transit times, so please order early to ensure timely delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.
A business day is Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

Refunds are not issued for images that do not arrive on time.

All orders ship within 1–2 days. Please remember that delivery is handled by the USPS and is subject to their schedule. Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and NOT guaranteed. SweetStead Cookie Co. cannot be responsible for postal delays and cannot issue refunds for late deliveries.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Because our products are personalized, we do not accept cancellations after one hour from the time your order is placed. If you need to cancel, please do so within that timeframe.

Returns are only accepted if we make an error on your order or if the incorrect item is sent. Since these items are edible and cannot be resold, they cannot be returned due to a change of mind or missing customization details.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue.

Color variations do not qualify for a refund. Printed colors may appear slightly different than what you see on your screen. Please keep this in mind if the final printed image varies slightly.

Sizes are clearly described in each listing and do not qualify for refunds. If you are unsure about colors or sizes, please contact us before placing your order—we are happy to help.

We do not send proofs automatically, but if you request one, we will gladly provide photos or digital proofs to ensure your satisfaction.

Once shipped, USPS provides a tracking number for all packages. SweetStead Cookie Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments. Please contact your local USPS office directly for assistance.
